NTPC limited has floated a tender for the development of 190 MW of grid-connected power projects at the Nokh Solar Park in Rajasthan. The projects will be developed through Rajasthan Solar Park Development Company Limited. The entire cost of transmission from the project up to the interconnection point, including the construction cost of the line, must be borne by the developer. Further, the capacity utilisation factor of the project must be at least 21 per cent. The capacity can be set up by a registered bidder from any neighbouring country sharing its border with India. The cells and modules used in the projects must be sourced from the MNRE’s list of approved models and manufacturers. The projects must be completed within 10 months of signing of the PPA. The deadline for the submission of bids is February 10, 2021.
