Haryana medical college floats tender for 1 MW of rooftop solar capacity on campus

The Maharaja Agrasen Medical College has invited bids to set up 1 MW rooftop solar capacity under the RESCO model at its campus in Agroha, Haryana. As per the tender document, the college will enter into a PPA with the developer. Developers will be required to carry out the design, manufacture, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of the rooftop solar project on buildings of the campus. They will have to bear the cost of the project, which is estimated at Rs 50 million, and the work must be completed within 300 days of the contract being awarded. Prospective bidders must submit an earnest money deposit of Rs 1 million and the deadline for the submission of bids was January 28, 2021.
