Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (MPUVNL) has floated an online request for proposals for the development of 30 MW of rooftop solar capacity across multiple locations in Madhya Pradesh. The projects will be developed on the renewable energy service company model and the developers will be involved in their design, engineering, supply, financing, installation, testing and commissioning. They will also provide comprehensive operations and maintenance services for 25 years. MPUVNL has specified that the modules used in the projects must be supplied by enlisted manufacturers and manufactured in India. The projects will also be eligible for funding from the World Bank. The last date for the submission of bids is November 27, 2020.
