Gujarat floats tender for 110 MW of solar power projects

The GSECL issued a tender to set 110 MW of solar power plants in Gujarat. As per the tender guidelines, the plant sizes can vary between 10 MW and 55 MW across three substations. The power evacuation facility and land for the states will be provided by the state. The sites include Sanesh in Bhavnagar district for 55 MW, Pachchham in Ahmedabad for a capacity of 40 MW and Nikava in Jamnagar for 15 MW. The project completion timelines are 15 months for Sanesh, 12 months for Pachchham and 10 months for Nikava. The scope of work includes plant design, EPC, and O&M.
