Adelaide to shift to 100 per cent renewable power from July 2020

The Australian city of Adelaide is set to power all of its operations and council-owned facilities with renewable energy. This will be executed through a PPA with Flow Power, which will supply energy to the city council from a mix of locally generated wind and solar power. The energy supply will include the power generated from the Clements Gap wind farm and new solar farms on the Eyre Peninsula. These new solar projects – Streaky Bay and Coonalpyn Solar Farms – have been acquired by Flow from Tetris Energy.
