Ather Energy has signed an MoU with the Tamil Nadu government to set up a two-wheeler EV and lithium-ion battery manufacturing facility. The factory will be set up at Hosur and cover 400,000 square feet area. Ather Energy plans to set up fast-charging infrastructure in Bengaluru and Chennai. The company also has plans to expand its products and services to 30 more cities over the next few years.
