Damodar Valley Corporation floats tender for 50 MW of solar projects in Jharkhand

The Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC) has issued a tender for setting up 50 MW of grid-connected solar projects. The projects are to be developed under the design-build-operate-transfer (DBOT) mode at Panchet in Jharkhand. The scope of work includes the design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, packing, forwarding, and commissioning of the grid-connected solar PV projects on approximately 290 acres of land. The work also involves the supply and installation of a water washing system for the cleaning of solar modules. The successful bidder will also be responsible for the installation of the supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system for remote monitoring and control of inverters with all hardware and software. The last date for the submission of bids is December 27, 2019
