Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited’s (SECI) ISTS-connected 1.8 GW wind tender (tranche VIII) has been undersubscribed by 1,249 MW. CLP India and Avikaran Energy (Enel Green) submitted bids to develop 250.8 MW and 300 MW of projects respectively. SECI had tendered the capacity in June 2019. The tariff cap set for the project was Rs 2.85 per kWh.
