Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited (AEML) has extended the request for selection bid due date for selection of developers for development of 350 MW of wind-solar hybrid power projects with greenshoe option of additional 350 MW capacity in India from August 9, 2019 to August 19, 2019. The bids for the tender were invited in July 2019.
The minimum capacity for which a bidder can bid for is 50 MW and the maximum is 700 MW including the capacity under greenshoe option.
The project involves development of 350 MW of wind-solar hybrid power projects anywhere in India on BOO basis. AEML will enter into a power purchase agreement with the successful bidders for purchase of power for a period of 25 years from the commercial operation date.
