Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited (AEML) invited request for selection bids for selection of developers for the development of 350 MW wind-solar hybrid power projects in India on July 18, 2019.
The last date for submission of bids is August 9, 2019. The minimum capacity for which a bidder can bid for is 50 MW and the maximum is 700 MW including the capacity under greenshoe option.
The project involves development of 350 MW capacity wind-solar hybrid power projects with greenshoe option of additional 350 MW capacity anywhere in India on build, own and operate basis.
AEML will enter into a power purchase agreement with the successful bidder for purchase of hybrid power for a period of 25 years from the commercial operation date.
