Zouk Capital, an infrastructure and private equity fund manager based in the UK, has acquired a 51 per cent stake in BE Power. BE Power is a digital utility active in the electric mobility space through its subsidiary BE Charge and in the demand response sector through another of its subsidiary 4Energia.
