Petroliam Nasional Berhad (Petronas) has signed an agreement with I Squared Capital for acquisition of 100 per cent stake in Amplus Energy Solutions Private Limited. The acquisition is expected to be completed by end-April 2019.
Currently, I Squared Capital holds 90 per cent stake in Amplus Energy. Amplus Energy Solutions has implemented 350 MW of renewable energy projects across India.
