NHPC Limited has invited bids for selection of an engineering, procurement, and construction contractor for development of the 40 MW solar power project to be set up in Odisha. The last date for submission of bids is May 17, 2019.
The project involves development of the 40 MW grid-connected solar power project including 132 kV transmission line along with the setting up of the evacuation arrangement at Landeihil village in Ganjam district of Odisha. The scope also includes comprehensive operations and maintenance of the project for a period of 10 years.
The land required for the project will be allotted by the Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation and the power produced will be evacuated by Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited.
