SECI will sign a power purchase agreement (PPA) for a period of 25 years with the successful bidders. And the power procured from the project will be sold to Rajasthan Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (RUVNL).
According to tender guidelines, the developers must bid for a minimum capacity of 10 MW. The project capacity will be developed in multiples of 10 MW. Also, the plants must achieve financial closure within 12 months from the effective date of the PPA.
The project will be development on build, own and operate (BOO) basis. The plant will be designed for interconnection with the nearest substation of state transmission utility at the voltage level of 33 kV or above. The last date for bid submission is May 6, 2019.
