SECI has invited Request for Selection bids for the development of tranche-IV comprising 1,200 MW of Inter-State Transmission System (ISTS)-connected solar power projects.
According to tender guidelines, SECI will sign a power purchase agreement (PPA) with the successful bidders for a period of 25 years. The developers must bid for a minimum capacity of 50 MW and a maximum capacity of 300 MW. The project capacity will remain in multiples of 10 MW only. The last date for bid submission is April 30, 2019.
