The Bihar Renewable Energy Development Agency (BREDA) has invited Request for Proposal bids for the development of about 10 MW of grid-connected rooftop solar projects under the renewable energy service companies (RESCO) model at various locations in the state.
Of the total 10 MW capacity, about 5 MW each will be developed at health department buildings and government buildings. According to tender guidelines, a bidder must bid for a minimum cumulative capacity of 1 MW.
The scope of work includes design, engineering, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the projects. It also includes comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M) of the projects for an operational period of 25 years.
