Gedcol Sail Power Corporation Limited (GSPCL), a joint venture of Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) and Green Energy Development Corporation of Odisha Limited, has invited bids for the selection of EPC contractors for the development of three 3.3 MW small hydroelectric projects (HEPs) near Mandira village in Sundargarh district of Odisha. The scope of work includes the design, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of civil, hydromechanical and electromechanical works.
