CEL invites RfS bids for 11.12 MW grid-connected rooftop solar PV projects

Central Electronics Limited (CEL) has invited RfS bids for the development of 11 MW of grid-connected rooftop solar PV projects on the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) premises across the country. The projects will be developed on the renewable energy service company model. The scope of work includes the site survey, design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, storage, civil work, erection, testing and commissioning of the project, including O&M for 25 years. The work is expected to be completed in six months from the date of issuance of LoA. CEL has invited bids on behalf of CSIR.
