Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India, on behalf of IDBI Bank, has invited Expression of Interest for divestment of Lanco Infratech Limited’s stake in the 30 MW solar PV power project located in Chandiyana. IDBI Bank, being the sole lender for the project, is supervising the process of divestment of business undertaking and has appointed Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India to act as the process advisor in relation to the disinvestment process.
The project has been implemented in two phases of 15 MW each in Gujarat. Phase I of the project was developed in Chandiyana village in Patan and Phase II in Charanka village in Patan.
