The National Investment and Infrastructure Fund of India (NIIF) and Eversource Capital, a joint venture (JV) between Everstone Capital and Lightsource BP, have decided to invest in Ayana Renewable Power Private Limited (CDC Group). Both the companies will cumulatively invest Rs 23.386 billion in Ayana Renewable. Besides, Standard Chartered Bank has been appointed as the financial advisor to Ayana Renewable.
