Two companies win bids for 100 MW grid-connected solar PV power project in Karnataka

TEPSOL Projects Private Limited (Think Energy Partners) and Shapoorji Pallonji Infrastructure Capital Company Limited (SP Infra) have won bids for implementing 100 MW of capacity under the 200 MW grid-connected solar PV power projects to be developed in Karnataka. TEPSOL Projects has won the bid for developing 80 MW of capacity and Shapoorji Pallonji has won bids to develop 20 MW of capacity. The projects will be developed in five talukas – Mundargi, Gajendragad, Maski, Kuragodu, and Gurmatka, each having solar projects of 20 MW capacity. The bids were invited by Karnataka Renewable Energy Development Limited (KREDL).
