Results announced for 35 MW rooftop solar projects in Delhi

The results for setting up rooftop solar projects of 35 MW capacity across Delhi have been announced. The projects are being developed across residential and institutional sectors under the Mukhyamantri Solar Power Programme. The projects are divided into eight parts under both capital expenditure (capex) and Renewable Energy Service Company (RESCO) models. Three companies have emerged as the lowest bidders for the development of 25 MW of rooftop solar projects under the RESCO model. Networth emerged as the L1 bidder by quoting a tariff of Rs 3.13 per kWh to develop projects of sizes between 25 kW to 50 kW. Sriram Cables emerged as the L1 bidder by quoting a tariff of Rs 3.15 per kWh, to develop projects of sizes between 50 kW and 100 kW. Besides, HFM Solar Power emerged as the L1 bidder by quoting a tariff of Rs 2.85 per kWh to develop projects of more than 100 kW. Two companies have emerged as the lowest bidders for the development of 10 MW rooftop solar power projects under the capex model. Claro Energy has emerged as the L1 bidder for project sizes between 10 kW and 100 kWh by quoting Rs 54,000 per kW. Besides, Shimato Enterprises has emerged as the L1 bidder for projects of more than 100 kW by quoting Rs 47,000 per kW.
