AGEL acquires balance 51 per cent equity share capital of KSPPl in 20 MW Bagewadi solar power project

AGEL has acquired the remaining 51 per cent equity share capital of Kodangal Solar Parks Private Limited (KSPPL) from FS India Devco Private Limited in the 20 MW Bagewadi solar power project. With this, KSPPL has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of AGEL. Earlier, AGEL held a 49 per cent stake in KSPPL. KSPPL was incorporated in August 2015 and has implemented a 20 MW solar power project at Bagewadi in Karnataka. It has also signed a PPA with Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited.
