The Central Electronics Limited (CEL) has invited Request for Selection bids for the development of 11.12 MW grid-connected rooftop solar PV projects on Renewable Energy Service Company model at various premises of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) across the country.
The scope of work includes- site survey, design, engineering, manufacture, supply, storage, civil work, erection, testing and commissioning of the project including O&M of the plants for a period of 25 years after commissioning of the projects. The work is expected to complete in six months from the date of issuance of Letter of Award. The CEL has invited bids on behalf of the CSIR and the last date of bid submission is February 21, 2019.
