Assam Power Generation Corporation Limited (APGCL) has invited Request for Proposal bids for selection of the solar power developer for the implementation of the 70 MW solar PV power project in Amguri, Assam.
According to the tender guidelines, APGCL will sign a PPA with the successful bidder for a period of 25 years. A bidder must bid for the entire capacity of 70 MW and can participate either as a single bidder or as a consortium of bidders. The projects will be developed on build, own and operate basis on about 340 acres of land. The project must be commissioned within a period of 12 months from scheduled commercial operation date. The last date for submission of bids is February 6, 2019.
