Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL) has invited Request for Selection bids for the development of 500 MW grid-connected solar PV projects (Phase IV) in Gujarat.
According to the tender guidelines, GUVNL will sign a PPA with the successful bidder for a period of 25 years from the commercial operation date. Further, the successful bidder must report tie-up of financing arrangements for the projects within 12 months from the date of execution of PPA. Moreover, the solar power developer must bid for a minimum capacity of 25 MW. The last date for submission of bids is January 30, 2019.
