Energy Efficiency Services Limited has invited bids for the development of the 160 MW solar photovoltaic (PV) project in Maharashtra on December 24, 2018.
The scope of work includes- design, engineering, supply, construction, erection, testing, commissioning and operations and maintenance of the solar power generating system ranging from 250 kW to 2 MW at various sub-stations in the state of Maharashtra. According to the tender guidelines, a single bidder must bid for a minimum capacity of 20 MW.
The central government has applied for financing from the Asian Development Bank for the development of the projects. The last date for submission of bids is February 7, 2019.
