Suzlon Energy Limited has won an EPC contract from Atria Power for installation of wind turbine generators (WTGs) for the 50.4 MW Tuticorin wind power project in the state of Tamil Nadu. The scope of work involves installation of 12 units of S111-140m and S120-140m WTGs each with a Hybrid Lattice Tubular tower of rated capacity 2.1 MW. The project will be implemented in two phases and is expected to be commissioned by June 2020.
