NTPC Limited has invited bids for development of the 100 MW floating solar project at Ramagundam power station located in Peddapalli district of Telangana.
The scope of work includes design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, packing and forwarding, transportation, unloading, storage, installation and commissioning of the project. It also includes comprehensive O&M of the plant along with transmission system for a period of three years from the date of successful completion of trial run. NTPC Limited intends to finance the project through its own resources. Also, the solar PV cells and modules for this project can be sourced from anywhere in the world. The last date for submission of bids is January 29, 2019.
