South Korea has decided to build a complex comprising 4 GW of solar and wind projects in Gunsan. In the complex, the country plans to build a 3 GW solar plant and a 1 GW offshore wind plant. The project, expected to receive private investments of over $8.9 billion, is likely to be commissioned by 2022.
