Malaysia plans to float tender for the development of 500 MW of solar projects

The Malaysian government is planning to float a tender for the development of 500 MW of solar projects in the country to increase the country’s electricity generation from renewable energy sources. The projects will require an investment of over $4.85 billion. They will be announced under the third cycle of the large-scale solar scheme.
