Edelweiss Infrastructure Yield Plus Fund is planning to acquire 140 MW Solar Photovoltaic Power Project-Solairedirect (Bhadla Solar Park-Phase II) in the state of Rajasthan. The value of the transaction is expected to be about Rs 8-9 billion.
Solairedirect Energy India Private Limited had implemented the 140 MW Solar Power Project in Bhadla in Jopdhpur district of Rajasthan under the Bhadla Solar Park Phase II in July 2017.
