Central Electronics Limited (CEL) invited bids for development of 50 MW Grid Tied Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Projects in the state of Maharashtra on September 29, 2018. The last date of bid submission is October 15, 2018
The scope of work includes design, engineering, procurement, supply of equipment and materials, pre dispatch testing at manufacturers works, inspection, packing, forwarding, receipt, unloading, storage at site, associated civil works, services, permits, licenses, installation, incidentals, insurance at all stages, erection, testing and commissioning of grid interactive solar PV power plants and performance demonstration with associated equipment and materials along with associated transmission system up to 11 kV/22 kV/33 kV at designation locations in various states on turnkey basis. It also includes comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) for a period of 10 years ranging from 1 MW to 10 MW at various locations in the state of Maharashtra.
