Central Electronics Limited (CEL) has invited bids for providing consultancy services for 20 MW of grid connected solar capacity at various locations of CSIR Laboratories on.
The scope of work involves site survey, preparation of feasibility report and detailed project report for each site including rooftop, ground mounted and specialised projects and tender document preparation for each site; collection, verification and evaluation of solar radiation resource data and local meteorological data; and calculation of energy yield based on analysis of direct and diffused solar radiation, seasonal and daily characteristic, load factor.
