Exicon, an energy storage solutions provider, has won the tender for the development of electric vehicle charging infrastructure at two places in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. One station will be set up at a bus depot near Medical College and the second one will be in Bhedaghat town. For this project, each station will have two off-board DC chargers of 120 kW and 50 kW that can cater to 60 buses at a time. NTPC Limited has also entered into a tripartite agreement with Jabalpur Smart City and Jabalpur City Transport Services for the development of charging infrastructure.
