Central Electronics Limited (CEL) has invited bids for development of 25 MW of grid tied solar PV projects in Maharashtra. The minimum and maximum capacity for a solar project in single location is 1 MW and 4 MW respectively. The scope of work involves design, engineering, procurement, supply, pre dispatch testing at manufacturers works, inspection, packing, forwarding, receipt, unloading, storage, associated civil works, services, permits, licenses, installation, incidentals, erection, testing, commissioning on turnkey basis. It also includes 10 years of comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) of solar power projects ranging from 1 MW to 4 MW at various locations in the state of Maharashtra. The period of completion of the project is 120 days and the last date of bid submission is August 17, 2018.
