Yingli Green Energy suspended from trading on NYSE

Yingli Green Energy, a Chinese solar panel manufacturer, has been delisted from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) due to the company’s inability to meet the listing standards under Section 802.01B of the NYSE manual. Reportedly, Yingli was unable to maintain a minimum average global market capitalisation of $50 million over a consecutive 30-day trading period. In addition, Yingli’s stockholder equity was found to be less than $50 million.
