The SECI has issued a tender on behalf of the Military Engineer Services for the development of two 1.5 MW solar power projects with battery energy storage systems (BESS) at Tangtse and Durbuk in the Leh district of Jammu & Kashmir. The successful bidder will also be responsible for providing O&M services for a period of 10 years. The O&M contract will include the supply and storage of all mandatory spare parts and consumables, and repairs and replacements of any defective equipment during the period.
