Central Electronics Limited (CEL) has invited bids for development of 100 MW of grid-connected solar photovoltaic (PV) capacity in Maharashtra, on a turnkey basis. While the minimum capacity that can be developed at a single location is 500 kW, the maximum is 2 MW at various locations in the state of Maharashtra.
The scope of work involves design, engineering, supply, construction, erection, testing, commissioning of the solar power projects. In addition, the successful bidder will be responsible for providing operation and maintenance (O&M) services for a period of 10 years from the commercial date of operation of the projects. The project completion timeframe has been set at 120 days from the date of issue of letter of award (LoA).
