SECI has further extended bid due date for Coal India Limited’s (CIL’s) 200 MW solar photovoltaic power project at Neemuch-Mandsaur solar park, Madhya Pradesh from January 4, 2018 till further notice. Bids for the same were issued in October 2017.
The scope of work involves design, engineering, manufacture, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of the 2 x 100 MW capacity solar project in Madhya Pradesh with indigenous cells and modules including 10 years of operation and maintenance (O&M) period.
The 100 MW capacity is expected to be developed by Northern Coalfields Limited and the remaining 100 MW by Southeastern Coalfields Limited, both being the subsidiaries for CIL.
