Railway Energy Management Company Limited (REMCL) has invited Request for Proposal bids for appointment of consultant for providing transaction advisory services for implementation of 100 MW rooftop solar projects on Indian Railway (IR) premises across the country on May 25, 2018.The last date of bid submission is June 22, 2018.
The scope of work involves undertaking technical due diligence for potential sites, conducting regulatory analysis, performing financial and commercial due diligence; facilitating stakeholder consultations with key stakeholders, formulating and recommending appropriate bid parameter, preparing bid documents for selection of the solar power developers and assisting REMCL in the bidding process.
The implementation of the projects is without any central financial assistance/viability gap funding.
