Indraprastha Power Generation Company Limited (IPGCL) has invited RfS bids for implementation of the 30 MW grid connected rooftop solar PV power projects for government buildings in Delhi. The last date of bid submission is June 25, 2018.
The projects will be executed under capital expenditure (Capex) and Renewable Energy Service Company (RESCO) models. As per the tender document, a total capacity of 27 MW and 3 MW will be developed under the RESCO and Capex models respectively.
The scope of work involves feasibility of installation in identified buildings/leasing rooftop of buildings for 25 years, obtaining no objection certificate from the discom for grid connectivity, execution of power PPA, complete design, engineering, manufacture, supply, storage, civil work, erection, testing and commissioning of the grid connected rooftop solar PV project including operation and maintenance (O&M) of the project for a period of five years for CAPEX and O&M of the project for a period of 25 years for RESCO after commissioning of the projects.
IPGCL has been designated as the central agency for tendering and execution of solar PV projects in Delhi on behalf of Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy Management Center under Department of Power of Delhi government.
