SMA has introduced a new generation of monitoring and control solutions with the Data Manager M. In combination with the Sunny Portal powered by ennexOS, an internet-of-things platform that manages all energy generation sources and data on a single platform, the SMA Data Manager M optimises communication, monitoring and control of decentralised photovoltaic systems (for up to 50 devices). It is an ideal solution for commercial system owners and operators alike.
The Data Manager M, which replaces SMA’s Cluster Controller, is a flexible and expandable solution. With intuitive set-up functions for the Data Manager M and the inverter, the commissioning time and associated labour costs are significantly reduced. On ennexOS, system and inverter parameters can be changed remotely via the Sunny Portal, further reducing costs.
