Germany-based solar company Schletter GmbH has filed for insolvency proceedings in self-administration at the district court of Mühldorf in southern Germany. The company has stated that throughout the process, the Schletter Group’s production, sales and service will continue without restrictions. According to Schletter, the main objective of the process is to restructure the financing along with the creditors.
