NLC India has announced the results of its 20 MW capacity solar retender for the development of a solar PV plus energy storage facility in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands. Mahindra Susten has again emerged as the lowest bidder. Reportedly the company plans to develop an energy storage capacity of 8 MWh to support the PV plant. This capacity is 20 MWh less than what it had quoted in the previous auction.
