The Bihar Renewable Energy Development Agency (BREDA) has invited bids for the development of 40 MW of grid-connected rooftop solar projects at various locations across the state. These projects will be developed in capex mode. In addition to EPC works, the successful bidder will be required to provide O&M services for five years. To be eligible for bidding, the developers must bid for at least 1 MW of capacity.
