HAREDA tenders over 1 MW of off-grid solar

The Haryana Renewable Energy Development Agency (HAREDA) has released an EPC tender to develop over 1 MW of off-grid solar projects across the state’s 220 health centres. Under this, solar plants having either 5 kW or 110 kW capacity can be installed across 110 primary and 110 community health centres. However, if needed, HAREDA may enhance this capacity by 1.25 times. Bidders eligible for tender participation should be either system integrators or registered manufacturers of at least one major solar component. In addition, a single bidder must bid for a minimum of 10 per cent of the total tendered capacity. Up to three bidders will be selected to service the entire contract, which is estimated to cost Rs 214.5 million. The successful bidders will provide O&M services for five years after project commissioning.
