SECI signs PSAs for 1,000 MW of wind power projects

SECI has signed PSAs with seven discoms for 1,000 MW of ISTS-connected wind projects under its second tender. These discoms are from Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam, Punjab, Goa and Odisha. The winners of the tender were ReNew Power (250 MW at Rs 2.64 per kWh), the Orange Group (200 MW at Rs 2.64 per kWh), Inox (250 MW at Rs 2.65 per kWh), Green Infra (250 MW at Rs 2.65 per kWh) and Adani Green (50 MW at Rs 2.65 per kWh). The PPAs with the winners are expected to be signed shortly.
