Elettronica Santerno, the inverter manufacturing unit of Italian solar developer Enertronica, has secured a $6 million contract to supply 100 MW of central inverters for a project coming up in Chile. As per the contract, the company will provide its utility-scale modular inverter, Sunway TG 1500V TE, for the project. Elettronica Santerno has so far provided operations and maintenance services for 200 MW of PV power plants in Chile.
