Canadian Solar Infrastructure Fund gets approval to list on the Japanese exchange

The Tokyo Stock Exchange has approved the listing of the Canadian Solar Infrastructure Fund (CSIF) on the Japanese exchange’s infrastructure investment fund securities market. The fund will serve as a vehicle through which long-term investments can be made in PV projects. As reported by Canadian Solar, companies affiliated to the group currently plan to sell 72.7 MW of solar capacity across 13 locations to the CSIF to create the fund’s initial portfolio of PV assets.
